RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with any items purchased, Airton Cozzolino Fins Company will happily exchange or refund the item within 72 hours from the date of the delivery. The product must be 

Please contact us so that we can explain how to proceed. Send us an e-mail to [email protected] and specify:

  • The reason for the return.
  • Which products you want to exchange or return.
  • What you want the solution to be, if exchange or refund.
  • Full name, e-mail you used to place the order and order number.

Once you have sent us the email, we will tell you how to proceed with everything and exactly what to do.

Here is a detailed information:

  • Returns and exchanges will always be made at the same address where the first shipment was made.
  • An exchange may be made: for the same product, for another of a higher amount paying the difference or for a lower amount receiving a code of the rest value or the refund.
  • The refund will be for the amount of the product, never the shipping costs.
  • When you want to make changes or returns on an order with a promotion or discount, it must be taken into account that in the case of a return, the refund will be proportional to the discount / promotion code that has been used.
 
 

If your order has arrived broken or defective, you have a period of 2 days to notify this problem.  Get in touch with us so we can give you a solution.

  • Explain what has happened with the product.
  • Photo of the product where the defect is seen.
  • Full name and order number.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

WARRANTY

Airton Cozzolino Fins Company offer a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or inappropriate use or alterations to the product (sanded, painted, etc) Products deemed a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Airton Cozzolino Fins Company who will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of the product.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

If you feel that your product is faulty and wish to return it,  contact us  first via [email protected] with the details of your order to issue your claim. Please include photos and a description of the product failure. Once a decision is made, you will be informed of the next steps.
